Part of the skittle alley is very old and would have been used for livestock. It retains much of its olde worlde charm.

The main body is a later addition with a polished wooden alley floor.

Whilst there is a lovely wood-burning stove, gas central heating was also installed in 2003 making the alley pleasantly warm at all times.

The alley is available for private hire for £25 and buffets can be provided (please see the 'Food? page on this site for further details) or you may cater for yourself.

It is also possible to remove the sides of the alley for use for other functions and a carpet is available for a fee.
